You should definitely start trimming the hair on her ears. If you don't have a shaver you can use a very small pair of scissors to carefully remove the hair off the sides and the tips of the ears. You can also rub and massage them when you are holding her.

When they are teething the ears will go up and down.

You can add 1/4 teaspoon of Knox Unflavored Gelatin to her food. That will help the ears stand also. You can get the unflavored gelatin at Wal-mart in the section where they sell Jello.
