I even bought a big airtight container that I put the bag of dog food in (after I squeeze all the air out) and I feel it still gets stale. The 12 pound bag I have now I bought the end of November and I am getting ready to throw out what is left because I don't feel it is fresh anymore. I just feel getting two smaller bags is the way to go for me.
