Animal Smiley 036 Another Floppy ear question

I know there are a lot of threads on this subject, but I didnt find an answer to this specific question.

Athena is 7 weeks old, but still cutting her first teeth. Her ears are still floppy. I have read on other threads that it is normal for them to be floppy when teething. So I am not concerned about it, not yet anyway. truthfully even if they stayed floppy I wouldnt be upset about it, shes adorable either way,but would like to try to get them to stand up if i can.

So my question....I have seen many post about shaving the ears. Is that something that I should go ahead and do? Or should I wait until after she is teething an see if they stand up without shaving? I dont want to wait too long and have that hinder it somehow.
