It sounds like poor Mollie has been through so much. Does she get annual vaccinations and if so which ones doe she get? Dogs that are over vaccinated often have lots of other health issues and skin problems.

As for the worms, most likely you saw tape worms. You would need to get something from the vet for those. Tape worms come when a dog eats an adult flea that has eaten a tape worm larvae. It is the tape worm larvae that the adult tape worms that live in a dogs stomach and shed the larvae.

Mollie could be retaining fluid in her abdomen. You really should have a vet check her. There are several things that can cause the fluid retention. It could be congestive heart failure or something as simple as a hormonal change. If her problem is fluid retention then the vet would put her on a water pill for awhile.

I will be praying that Mollie will start doing better.
