I'm really sorry about your baby Sophie, it's really heartbreaking when a little one leaves us way too soon. Hopefully you don't have to ever go through that again and have taken the precautions needed so it doesn't.

And it just sounds like basic puppy behavior with Elliot, but it should definitely be corrected. You have to be consistent. When ever he bites just snatch your hand away and say "No Bite"
you can then give him his toy to chew on instead or stop playing with him for a moment before starting again. Just be consistent and make sure everyone in the house hold is saying/doing the same thing when he does bite.
