I am very sorry you have to say goodbye to your precious Toto. Praying for your comfort and Toto's peace.
I have never had two dogs at one time before, and never thought that it might be good for them to be there when one passes. Annie (Dollydoodle's) experience makes me think I will do this with my boys.
