The secret to "COME" is treats!
Reserve like a half hour for quality time with your dog, and have a bowl full of his favorite treat on hand.
Move from room to room, say "COME," and the second your dog walks up to you, reward him with the treat and say "GOOD BOY!" Do it over and over, rewarding each and every time. It works!
However, do not say "COME" and then proceed to give him a bath. When it's time for a bath, use the word "BATH" so he relates that word with the particular action. |
