I have these little bowls that are pretty round on the bottom. I beat one egg with about 1 tbp water and put in the dish. Oh spray a tiny bit of non stick spray on the dish first. Cover and put in microwave. Med heat for 25 secs and check. Keep going at 15 secs until it's set. If you beat it right with the water it will fluff up. I used a chopstick to check the edges make sure it doesn't stick. And when it's cooled down enough I invert on a plate and then used one of those wide cream cheese spreader things to put the yogurt on their nice and smooth. |
Ok thanks! My grandma used to make fluffy egg side dish like that but by steaming it in a bowl. She put salt & pepper, sesame seeds & chopped up green onions sprinkled on top, so yummy!
