Start documenting the harassment. When you have a couple of weeks worth of stuff, take it to the boss. If he does nothing, he is fostering a hostile work environment and can get in big trouble. Just be careful to stay objective, stating only the facts and leave emotion out of it. If you can get anyone else on board, that would help tremendously. I'm sure there are others that are sick of his attitude!
