I don't think they all come that way, my 1st Yorkie Spencer was very friendly...loved everyone. But Winston...is a snob, stuck up...he just ignores others. Like Brit said, no touch, no talk, no eye contact. He's not mean by any means, just not overly friendly. But he is so well behaved, trained and loves us dearly...maybe we created him to be this way. Because Spencer was not so well trained, behaved...just saying...I don't know.
