WTG Christine!!! Keep it up!

I don't do the all out no carb thing anymore. I'm just trying to cut out all processed and white carbs. So eating whole wheat bread, brown rice, etc, but when given the choice I opt for all veggies and no brown rice even. I am still eating burgers without the bun, knowing it is fatty. That is more of an Atkins thing I know. Trying not to do more than 2 burgers a week.

I'm finally really getting the thing to cooking perfect quinoa. Just slightly less water than the 2:1 water to quinoa ratio and in the rice cooker on the brown rice setting is perfect. A tbs of olive oil and a generous pinch of salt and some herbs. It really is very tasty and a perfectly good sub in for rice. Only thing it can't sub in for is sushi rice.
