So about 2 months ago I noticed at times Gizmo would cry and hold up his back right leg, so I took him to the vet and it was confirmed that from being starved by the idiot I rescued him from, it's one of the health problems that was created, as all his blood sugar was going to vital organs to survive, and unfortunately his cartlidge suffered damage. Well in the last couple days he's not been feeling well, and I figured out it was his LP, as when I would even go near that leg he would get quite nippy at me, plus he's been limping today.

So I was looking up supplements that had good reviews and came across the NuJoint wafers. I don't want to put him through surgery because he is so young at 8 months and is not completely done growing, which the vet also said he could grow out of it. So I was looking for a good joint supplement that might work and this one had very good reviews. I already ordered a couple packages, but was wondering if anyone here has tried it, and if so how did it work? Did you notice an improvement in the leg once they took it?

Thank you so much in advance for any and all input, as I just know he is hurting and it breaks my heart after all he's already been through. To me it seems to be progressing quite quickly :-( I just want him to be pain free. I did massage both his back legs and it seemed to help for an bout or so, but then he started limping again. I couldn't keep him from running and jumping so I put him to bed early tonight, poor little guy xoxo
