I go to petsmart or petco and pay 60 and do not tip.

I went to a small business groomer who charged me $35 and I tipper her $5.

It depends on what I pay. Petsmart and Petco tack on a $10 "bad dog" fee so I do not tip them. It's over priced as it is.
