Well with my baby, I take the measurements from the following areas.
body, from neck to bum
around the neck
around the midsection
height
space between the two from legs, or chest area
from there I can get the size I need. Lenght and width seems to be the most importian
as far as the actul dress designs, I am working on that now.
I know an e collar (xxsmall) has a good patteren for a skirt.
the shirt I use, is kinda like a tank top
I should have the patterns up somehow, fairly soon, untill then I can send you pictures of what it looks like in the process
