My breeder told me that toy breeds usually stop growing at 6-8months. But that also depends because there are many exceptions to the rule.
Some of my friends' yorkies stopped going around that time as well.
Twinkie gained most of her weight around 4-6months and is now 6months old and is gaining steadly about an ounce a week.
