If the ears haven't stood up by now, I'm guessing that they probably won't. Some Yorkies simply have floppy ears. Some people shave and/or tape the ears to get them to stand up--I'm sure someone will post a reply with information on how to do that. That's something I never wanted to submit Bella to. Her ears were floppy when she was a puppy, but they stood up on their own at around 6 or 7 months of age.
