Where is she itching and for how long? Have you looked over her skin closely...under the arms, the under neck, inside her back legs...are there any red patches? It could be allergies or a skin infection if it's not just flaky skin. Enzymes won't cure allergies or an infection, but does support the body in other wonderful ways, like Lisa said.
