There are foods that are all life stages. Or just feed an adult food that has an appropriate amount of protein/fat. Compare/contrast the current puppy food she's on with some other foods and try to match up the protein/fat/calcium/phosphorus.

Is your Pug active, healthy, in good shape? Pugs are so prone to weight gain, I like to keep them lean. So yes a puppy food could definitely make her eat more.

It may be easiest just to feed separately.
