I learned all this after my accidental pregnancy and her subsequent c-section and spay. I don't need the knowledge now, since I never breeding again, but it's nice knowing it.

This is great to know. I am still learning. I spent a couple of years trying to learn from a mentor that stepped out on me at the last minute after Lola was bred, so...not how I planned it, but I am still trying to learn all I can to make sure I do this right.


Certainly past the ovulation testing phase right now, but will definitely keep it in mind going forward.
