My marley has those exact symtoms the pot belly hair loss...the back legs are hurting him..his eyes are horrible... he has been shaking his head because it seems his ears are bothering him so i have been checking his ears latley and getting any extra hair out for him. and Last night he had an accident in my bed! he peed! on top of that he laid next to it... im guessing he was to affraid to jump off the bed because of his back legs...when i gave him a bath the other day he acted like it hurt a little bit to wash his wee wee..."..but the most important thing that bothers me and him is his breath... it is unbearable...he went to the vet about a month ago got 4 teeth pulled and teeth cleaned well that did not help. he will not let me touch his mouth at all ..it hurts him..and recently he burps and they smells like dead rat...and he just acts almost like he is dying.
