The dog food I am feeding her is the same thing the breeder has been feeding her so I don't think it is that. I am glad to know that she is going through something a lot of puppies go through as Sophie is so important to me even if I have had her less than 2 weeks. I had a peke about 15 years ago and I waited until I retired to get another pup so I can spend a lot of time with her. I feel for her so much and I hate that she is so miserable.
The Vets often don't find parasites but there is still a problem. Which medication were you given. there is usually Metrondiazonal or if she has coccidia, she needs a sulpha Albon is usually given in the USA we can't get it here in Canada, I use a different sulpha drug. You can give either with Panacur, a wormer that will help settle down diarrhea issues even if no parasites are found.
Food should be down all the time. She could have a sensitivity to an ingredient in the food or just have an irritated bowel now. Often I will cook up some chicken breast drain and mince about a couple of tbsp and mix in some well cooked white rice. That is usually easier to digest and you can have her on that for a few days until the diarrhea settles down. How old is she?
This sort of thing often happens with the stress of going to a new home. DO NOT allow any vaccinations right now while she is having diarrhea issues.
Can the breeder offer any help?
