A foot of snow here is almost considered nothing.
LOL Ive seen 2 inches completely close roads here, but a foot do nothing more than slow things down. At least with a foot of snow, we have traction for cars. Ive driven 45 miles to work and home in a foot of snow many many times. It does kind of stink though! Not something I want to do often!
This winter has been a hard one. Its more the cold than the snow. We haven't had any new snow in weeks.... but the cold is just keeping all the old snow around. Its not even pretty! Just ugly black snow banks everywhere! I think Mass is getting WAY more snow than NH this year! 2 weeks ago we were supposed to get 8 inches... MA got hammered, but it never reached to NH at all, we got nothing! That was kind of funny!
Im a contractor so if I take a day off, it's unpaid, but tomorrow might be a unpaid day off for me... I may just lay on the couch and watch HGTV all day! LOL
