You may have to re-size your pictures to upload.
Max has had a couple of tiny lighter spots on his nose where he had a little dry skin and even lost hair. I put a little organic coconut oil on his nose and everything went back to normal.
Try swabbing with a wet cotton ball and see if the white comes off. Both of my boys have picked up a little something outside and it turned out to be something that wiped off.
If it doesn't wipe off, keep an eye on it and maybe check with the vet.
