Miss Deja thanks you all for your birthday wishes! She had a wonderful Super Bowl Sunday birthday and got to partake of all the Super Bowl treats that were doggy-appropriate!

I used to watch her and her brother in the incubator together sadly knowing that they would never know a true doggy mother's love (sleeping while nursing, being licked lovingly, etc.). I tried to give them everything a human could with 2 such tiny pups. I often gave them that encouraging talk like Abileen to Mai Mobley in The Help, "You are kind, you are smart, you are important, you are loved, you are beautiful, you are YORKIE!"

Now, she looks at me with her big eyes like I have all the answers. It's very cute and very endearing.
