Poor little dog is severely nauseated and needs anti-nausea medication and perhaps even fluids. He's obviously miserable vomiting that much. If he's got a bug, he may need further medications. I'd get my baby to the vet ASAP and find out what's going on, get him meds, a diagnosis. You don't want to wait until he's dehydrated or diarrhea begins. But the main thing is he needs help now.
