A standard dose is 1-2mg per pound. My Vet Derm gives a liquid dose recommendation of 1tsp (5cc) for a dog UP TO 10lbs. For the really tiny ones, if you're worried, you could also do 1cc/lb to start - so a 3lb dog would get 3cc.
