My vets just weren't really thinking "liver" yet, despite Tibbe being a Yorkie, thinking he was just foraging in the backyard & that was causing his tummy problems but when I said I wanted Bile Acids tested thanks to Ellie May's suggestion on YT, we were on the right track from that point on and he's doing way better now.
