I'm so scared of getting the quick I'm nervous - a wreck actually - & that goes straight to Tibbe. If it weren't for his Gentle Paws (love its two speeds), I'd guess I'd have to have his nails clipped by the vet! I've clipped dogs nails all my life with my fosters plus my own dogs but once I got Tibbe and had him a year or so, I get so squeamish. But the Gentle Paws is so easy, Tibbe is fine with it after desensitizing him to it & I've never gotten a quick, hurt him or brought blood! Whoever came up with the idea of a small grinder for dogs' toenails created a godsend for someone like me!
