Taylor, that is a wide generalization and I believed based only on personal opinion and not on facts. There are good and bad breeders of every type, color, breed, etc., and color is not necessarily a way to distinguish.

Lisa, you said that so nicely, and it is true. I also believe there are good breeders who love Partis and colors. It is not kind or fair to discriminate only based on color of the Yorkie, there are more important factors in being a good breeder.
