It's good that you are giving Bella extra exercise by taking her to your mom's house during the day.
Is there anything that is triggering Bella to go after Sadie? Like a toy? Or jealousy that Sadie is getting attention?
I have 2 strong males. There aren't any clear lines of one being dominant over the other. They have their moments when they get riled up or jealous and they will get in each other's faces. If it looks bad, I raise my voice "Noooo!" I also redirect them to something positive, like doing tricks for treats. They immediately fall in line.
What kind of corrections do you use? I know you want to prevent Bella from causing harm, but the muzzle might be causing some problems.
