While that may be true of many, there are some breeders of tri colored Yorkies and Chocolates that are very passionate about breeding and do health testing on their breeding pairs. I've read so many threads on Parti Yorkies on YT, and I have seen so many committed breeders who were really hurt by statements made here. These love "off color" Yorkies and are just as committed as other very reputable breeders and are doing their best to better the Parti Yorkie lines. Like you need to do with any breeder, you need to carefully ask questions.
