He is adorable. I think his ears are trying to stand up, and if you trim the hair off 1/3 toward the tip and get the weight off, it will help them go up. On the other hand, I agree floppy ears are adorable too.

Yorkies are known to be somewhat difficult to house train, so be consistent and patient, and don't give him too much freedom until he gets it, or things will go backwards.

Brushing him often will get him used to being groomed, and you can go quite a while just touching up with scissors.
