Clock HELP- My dog eats EVERYTHING! How do I stop her before she kills herself?

I need help!

Ceaser Milan perhaps haha!

Tilly is now 8 months old... I first started to note she ate EVERYTHING pretty much straight away - SO I brought her an indoor toilet after I caught her wolfing down slugs, mud, stones,, well anything!
Having 4 children does not make my task of keeping things away from her easy! She eats baby wipes, bundles of fur fallen off our bigger dog (we have slate floor and fur bundles tend to accumulate) My ten year old leaves tissues around all the time which get eaten.. To the point she now grabs and runs and tries to eat offending article before we get it off her!
EVERYTHING goes in her mouth!! One day she had a bowel movemement with thread in it.. the threat was left- I couldnt pull it ( I tried gently but I had to use scissors to cut- Goodness knows what it was she ate!)

She will Kill herself if she continues I don't doubt! BUT having 4 children (1 adopted recently) kids don't tent to take on board them crayons need to be out of the way! I don't want to re-home her a dog is for life I want to address the issue of her eating EVERYTHING!
She runs the house!!! I've had dogs all my life but always big ones! My other dog is a dane, we have always had 2 dogs but decided due to the short lifespans of big dogs and heartbreak of loosing our last one at 7years old to get a tiny one which would live longer ... Well weren't we in for a surprise! Small dogs are 10x the work of a giant sized dog! And if she continues she wont live to see her first birthday!!!

Doesn't help the Dane is a complete thief and anything is game... He is food possessive but when it comes to stealing out of the bin which he has worked out how to put his foot on the pedal.. If he drops bits for Tilly she wont bark and draw attention to their thieving spree!
Tilly is I would say untrained - Big dogs are easy to train but she is so so so tiny like shes on permanent hyperactive spree she doesnt even know the command sit! (she we thought was crossed many lines back with a jrt the other pups of her litter came out normal but she and two others came out black white and tan... Vet asked me if I was sure of her cross as she is so small... suggesting a yorkie x chi ... So happens was also a chi in the house we got her from so who knows!
Here is a dog if she was larger would deffinately be on the banned breed list! Take her out and she barks and growls at EVERYBODY! people just laugh at her as stood next to her is a great dane wagging his tail for a fuss! Yet she is all talk ignore her outbursts and she runs away!! She chases feet, identifies people by feet also... Last week brought the children all new shoes retuned home and she was growling and snarling - Took me a while to work out what was wrong... Everyone had new shoes on! Told everyone to remove their shoes and she came back to reality happy to see us!

All any tips to help us go forward are appreciated and much welcomed!
