It appears that law enforcement is searching for evidence to use against Teri Wylie and her husband for animal cruelty charges. She is an Ohio based breeder who sells world wide according to her website. The two breeder names that she uses that we have so far is: "Winning in Blue Yorkies" and "Fairview Yorkies".

Law enforcement is requesting former customers with complaints about the breeder to please contact them. Posting in this thread MAY help in their efforts.
