my vet's manager comes to my house to cut my babies nails..(perks of her being the mother of my daughter's boyfriend) and she said lola must have always gotten her quick cut in her previous owners life because she flips during nail trims and thankfully Robin is very good and has never made them bleed.
I would not return to that vet......hoping Milo has a much better experience next time poor lil man.
