As for food, they gave me iams puppy food, but he had a chicken allergy and I switched to dick van pattens grain free food. It's a little expensive but for good food it's worth it. Now he's on Merricks grain free food bc he would not eat the dick van pattens. He loves it. I would advise not buying food store brands bc they're filled with unwanted stuff. Always go to a pet store. I pay $16.99 for 4lbs of food. It's the only food hell eat and it's healthy so I think it's worth it. Also always pay attention to their teeth, yorkies are prone to gum disease. I give bailey a nylabone dental stick once a day and brush his teeth and his teeth are perfect. He also loves the dental sticks, they're like doggie crack to him. Good luck! |
