Smile Eclampsia after c section?

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I'm 19 and I'm not a breeder (as if that is to explain my lack of knowledge on the subject) , but my 1 year old 5.6 lb yorkie accidentally got pregnant while visiting my great grandmother. (after I was told by the breeder I got her from that she couldn't get pregnant)

Surprise!

Anyways, after constant talks with my Vet, and reading posts on here. I knew a c section would be the only option for birthing her single (over due and quite large) female chorkie puppy.

Every since coming home (on Jan 28th). I noticed that mommy would pant at night. The vet didn't think anything of it at the time( I called the next morning..twice. Yes. I'm one of those people ). But Its been getting worse, to where she would leave her nesting box to walk around, jump on my bed, and do an awful lot of panting. It's too early to call my Vet. (the offices aren't open until 8 am) and I am particularly worried at this strange behavior. I followed the advice given to another yorkie mommy and gave my baby half of a tums. She hasn't been panting or anything since. But, from your experience...What are the chances I'd have to take her into the vets offices today? And, is there a higher chance of eclampsia in c sections as opposed to natural whelping? ( if so, why?)
