She could go into heat anytime after reaching 6 months of age. It is not uncommon for baby teeth to be retained in Yorkies. Most owners have them removed when they spay or neuter. Infection will eventually set in if not removed.
Humping can just be a way of releasing pent up energy. You could try longer, more brisk walks to help her run off that energy.
