I did take her in for an x-ray today. The vet estimates about 2 more weeks and 3 possibly 4 puppies. At this point the bones are calcified so he says shes at least 45 days. We'll get another next week. Right now the puppies can easily fit the pelvic ring but well know more with the next x-ray. I did start her on the royal canin for pregnant and lactating dogs, can't remember the exact name but Sasha's sleeping on my chest right now and I don't want to move her. She is rather picky and will eat it if my 3 year old hand feeds it but not too much on her own. Her stomach seems rather sensitive right now and she will vomit after she eats so I've startied feeding her 3 times a day with dry always available. I bought her some cottage cheese but haven't given it to her. I thought that might be too much calcium at this point.
