Some of these are designer dogs (crosses between two pure breeds), some are more complex mixes, and some are photoshopped pictures (they were called out in the comments section). I agree that all dogs need love, but some people are going to go out and try to breed these mixes on purpose just because they're "cute," without regard to the overall health of the resulting mix.
