I ended up just doing 20 minutes on elliptical and then worked out my butt a little then left the gym. |
what a shame I know you were looking forward to it. I used to only do classes and if there was a substitute or I did not like the instructor it would bum me out to the point I would be so pissed that it would ruin the workout and the day. Then if I could not make the class I liked I would not work out at all. When you have mindset on classes it is often hard to convert to the cardio machines, so I give you big kudos for getting on the elliptical.
Christinee did I tell you that about 30-35 years I taught aerobics, that was back in the Jane Fonda days full of leg warmers, leotards and head bands
I taught the old fashioned kind, high impact where you jumped up and down and kicked your legs like you were a Rockette, no wonder I have arthritis in my knees. Not only did I teach but I took high impact classes like that for over ten years, in later years I got addicted to step aerobics which I still like but rarely do.
