Like a week ago my aunt bought a "full bred" yorkie as well from this guy, I'm buying it from his sister which he referred me too. They seem like good ppl. Sorry, but reputable breeders do not meet customers in public places. If they are not willing to invite you into their home and let you see both parents you are dealing with a mill or a broker. If you are willing to help them profit from the abuse of animals then be prepared for anything.
