[Wallee]

I am wondering if anyone else has a pouting baby when it comes to using certain products on their yorkies coat. Wallee has the misfortune of being blessed with a terrible curly cotton coat. Since it has been such a cold winter here this year I have let his coat grow back in for warmth. I brush him daily (although it never looks any different) and since the house tends to be dryer making his coat get a little staticky. Since his coat is a little flyaway I have been warming a tiny bit of coconut oil in my hands and running it over his coat. The problem is, any time I use any kind of oily product on his coat he runs away, puts his tail down then runs and pouts in his bed. It's so weird cause if I use any kind of finishing spray he stays fine. What could be the reason for this weird reaction to oils? I am wondering if it is the feeling of it, the smell, or just him being a big baby?
