I am having the same problem. When my Yorkie, Chloe, is confined behind a doggy gate, she'll pee on the pad. However, when I let her run around our house, she pees everywhere! She did learn how to pee outside, but she has such a small bladder, she has to go pee almost every 2 hours! When she pees on the carpet in our house she runs and hides behind the couch or under our bed, because she knows she's in trouble. She's 7 months old right now and I'm having a hard time...I don't know what to do!!!
