Thanks, you have to remember that my pups range from 8-16 lbs. So (1.5 tsp) is the correct dose for them with the exception of Ruby who is only 8lbs. I would assume that anyone would ask their vet for the correct dose for their own pup before giving it. I have been instructed by my vet to give it on many occasions because it is safe for diarrhea and I do use Pepcid for stomach upset. Believe me I would never ever give them anything that would harm them.
