To add: Her symptoms are those of a dog with a blockage. The blockage may have just shifted further down. With a blockage, anything she eats will be vomited up, and on the other side past the blockage will be diarrhea, as water may be the only thing able to pass through.

Another option would be to get her to an Emergency Vet, asap. Many ER vets are a bit quicker at diagnosing and treating pets as they see emergencies all the time (I was an ER Vet Tech for 4 years).

I am very concerned for your pup as you have described her as being very lethargic... this is not a good thing and I really think it would be best if she could be seen tonight...
