Having had HGE only 2 weeks ago, I'd get him back to the vet asap. This is most likely HGE coming on again, which happens frequently in many dogs. A quick blood test (PCV) will tell the vet if it's HGE or not, and treatment can begin right away. Any dog having had HGE within the last two months and not acting right I would be suspicious of a recurrence.
