Default Help! Small, yellow tooth in my young yorkie!

Hi everyone! I have a concern regarding my 3.5lb, 1 1/2 year old yorkie. About 1 1/2 months ago I noticed that Kinsley's breath was beginning to smell so I started brushing her teeth 5-7 times a week. Her bad breath has not gone away. Today I brought her into the light and looked in her mouth and noticed a small, yellow tooth located behind her canine tooth. I checked on the other side (her left side) and the tooth looks normal & white on that side. She is eating, drinking, pans playing normally and does not appear to be in any discomfort. I am aware that Yorkies are notorious for having dental issues but besides this one tooth everything seems to be perfectly healthy. Has anyone seen this before? IMG_0575.JPG
