growing up as korean, my grandmother never bought pre seasoned seaweed.
She always bought plain(sushi type) seaweed and brush some sesame oil on one side and sprinkle some sea salt. Then you roast it on low heat setting
frying pan. roast both side of seaweed until its crisp, yet not brown(burn).
for some reason, homemade always taste better…

& its cheaper as well!
I'm trying eat healthy lately, and in love with raw veggie sushi.
Spread some avocado on sushi seaweed and place some shredded veggies such as carrot, cucumber, celery, zucchini, etc…) and roll it. enjoy it with some tamari soy sauce…
