this JUST happened with my Chanel - she is female but I think has the girlie version of what you are talking about - she just broke out in brownish spots and is going to the vet - all started after a grooming

Hope he's going to be ok - that has to be the worst place for a male to have 'issues'....at least for human men we all know it is .....they can act like the sun dropped out of the sky at the tiniest thing lol
